What volume of transactions does mSupply support?

"Your mileage may vary"- it depends on lots of factors. Things like:

• The competence of the operator (accuracy, pharmaceutical knowledge, speed, experience)
• The competence of the warehouse staff (less errors = less re-processing of invoices)
• The range of items you supply, and especially the percentage of items that are "one-offs"
• Whether you need the computer mSupply is located on for other tasks.
  

As a rough guide, we have one single-user system that is having data entered at the rate of 400,000 transaction lines per year. That's one operater working 30 hours a week purely on data entry.

There is no practical limit on the number of items, transactions etc that mSupply can store....
