Our remote support gets a boost with Teamviewer
We've just spent Euro 1000 on a license for Teamviewer, so we're a bit poorer, but hopefully our clients will get a richer support experience.
We're mighty impressed with Teamviewer. It allows our clients to download a small application (about 2Mb). They then give us a password, and we can control your screen on an ad hoc basis, helping you as needed. Hope you like it.
(By the way, Teamviewer is very safe - we only get to control your computer for one session, and can't do it again in the future without your permission).
